You Get What You Give – In Parenership with CIT Access Office

It can be hard to imagine success in our lives. This workshop helps young people to focus on a better future for themselves.

Developed in partnership with the Access Office in CIT, this workshop gives young people an opportunity to identify their educational goals and develop a strategy to achieve them.

Using theatre games and exercises, the workshop focuses on the students creating their own vision of success; what does success look like for me?

The workshop also provides participants with the tools they need to identify the support measures they need to succeed and who might help them along the way,

I was a bit anxious about how this particular group might react to the workshop and voiced some concerns to you before it began. I needn’t have worried! The girls really enjoyed the workshop and there was a lot of positive feedback from them afterwards. Some certainly were re-examining their choices and enthusiastic about talking about their future.
