Activate Juniors
Explore Theatre through play. This is a space for children aged 8 to 12 to explore their creativity, learn new drama skills, make friends and build confidence while having great fun in the process.
Activate Junior Youth Theatre members explore drama and theatre through weekly workshops on a range of different skills, including performance, movement, writing and devising.
Members learn key skills in drama and collaboration by taking part in group activities, games and exercises.
The junior group has an opportunity to share and celebrate their work every year through showcases for friends and family

Activate Youth Theatre is affiliated with Youth Theatre Ireland, the national develoment agency for youth theatre in Ireland. Activate Youth Theatre members have the opportunity to represent their group and have their voices heard on the Activate Youth Theatre Council which plans the artistic programme and ensures that the youth voice is central to Activate’s work
