  • Do you believe in access and equity?

We want to strengthen our identity as a beacon of creativity for Ireland’s youngest citizens and are looking for a variety of voices, skills and experience to join our board. You may have considerable Board experience or perhaps this could be your first time to consider joining a Board of trustees. If you share our values and want to help us drive forward our ambitions and big ideas, we’d love to hear from you as we invite applications to join our Board of Trustees.

About our work

Ár gcuid oibre

Since 1984, Graffiti has been providing a unique brand of excellence in drama and theatre work for children and young people from birth to 18 years.

We believe that every child has the right to access theatre and the arts.

We engage with all children and young people, and prioritise providing access to those who face barriers in accessing the arts, having their voices heard  and exploring their own creativity.

Being part of our Board is an amazing opportunity to be part of our community and to support our work giving voice and agency to children from communities who are often unheard.

Trí mheán rannpháirtíocht ghníomhach san amharclannaíocht agus sna healaíona cruthaitheacha, spreagann, saothraíonn agus cothaíonn Graffiti cruthaitheacht i bpáistí agus daoine óga.

Feidhmíonn muid i gcomhlámh le daoine óga, ealaíontóirí proifisiúnta agus sár-eagraíochtaí cultúrtha eile.

Why join us now?

Cén fáth a bheith linn anois?

As Ireland’s longest established company creating theatre and arts experiences for young audiences, we have almost four decades of experience providing exciting, creative and safe environments where young people can explore their potential with our trained and vetted facilitators.

We’re fast approaching our 40th anniversary in 2024, a moment to celebrate a rich history as well as look to the future and our position as a beacon for children’s creativity and source of inspiration and expertise that radiates out from the building and into the wider community.
